Grant Barrick
Grant Barrick is the founder and principal of Barrick Advisory. He has an extensive background in identifying new growth opportunities, bringing them to life, and taking them to market. He is a builder – new products, new teams, new processes, new business models.
Grant works with small and mid-size businesses to unlock their growth potential. Whether a strategy needs to be developed, or executed against, he brings a commitment to being market-driven and ensuring a pragmatic solution. Too many great strategies are PowerPoint doorstops because they were not connected to business itself – its core capabilities, resources, investment, and timelines. By partnering with stakeholders across the organization, Grant ensures his clients have a market-driven strategy that meets the team where it currently is, and is bought into by all stakeholders.
Prior to forming Barrick Advisory, Grant held numerous executive roles in healthcare technology companies including; MinuteClinic, CVS, WoltersKluwer, ProVation, Sansoro Health, and Ōmcare. Prior to that he worked in diversified manufacturing with 3M and financial services with John Hancock. His work spans leadership roles in Strategy & Innovation, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care. He has an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BA in History from Carleton College.
